COVID-19 has definitely affected and impacted our lives in a lot of ways. We would want to keep you informed about how this might impact your orders with us. Currently, our fulfillment centers are operating with reduced capacity.
Our online retail shop operates with an off-site fulfillment center that has been heavily impacted just like all other businesses due to this recent global pandemic. We are following the guidelines issued by the CDC, WHO, and local authorities to keep our team safe. Everyone who can is working from home, and we’re increasing the frequency of cleanings at our fulfillment centers, taking extra care to disinfect highly trafficked areas.
The safety measures we’ve taken such as social distancing, the use of PPE, regular cleanings, etc. as well as the industry-wide changes are making us reduce our speed by more than double. As a result, we've experienced delays in our fulfillment times. Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. Normally, our estimated fulfillment times are between 2 to 7 business days on all merchandise, but with recent government ordered restrictions on facility production rules, we have some important changes.
Great news, all our product categories are back to normal for fulfillment times! On average, all our DTG apparels are fulfilled in under 7 business days, and other categories—under 5 business days! Please see below for specific current estimates of fulfillment times as of August 24, 2020.

Embroidered Caps (2-7 business days)
Phone Cases (2-5 business days)
Mugs (2-5 business days)
Bags and pouches (2-5 business days)
Note that our average fulfillment times are relevant for orders that come in after the date the averages are calculated, and don’t apply to older orders.
Nevertheless, we are committed and are working overtime to get our creations to you. Our fulfillment facilities are pushing the maximum order amount on a daily basis, and following the FIFO (first in, first out) principle as much as possible to keep the fulfillment times shorter. We sincerely apologize for this and thank you in advance for your patience and kind understanding.
